I workout three times a week but started doing the "Starting Stretching" Routine for about a week. I understand there's a beginner, intermediate, and advanced stretch which I could progress in for those stretches, but I wasn't sure what else I could or should be doing. Should I just be doing these same stretches until I can do the advanced version 5-7 times a week? Should I switch it up every other day and find another beginners routine to supplement with? (Like the beginners toe touching routine on this subreddit or something else) I just want to be productive and not look back in a few months and realize I was doing everything wrong. Thank you.
