Do you know some exercises with ankle weights?

    Hello, I decided to start using the ankle weights to improve my flexibility. Do you use them? Do they really help with deepening streches? I wilm be grateful for any exercising idea with thise as I apparently lack creativity in this fields.

    A common one is the straddle splits against a wall [like this](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/cN0-1YuMwwI/maxresdefault.jpg) and just hold it but I recommend you put them on your knee as opposed to your ankles because when it's on your ankles it pulls the medial ligaments and can cause pain. Another good one which u can do with any weight is go into frog pose and put it on your lower back/butt. You'd be surprised how a little bit of weight goes a long way.

    I use them when doing forearm stand, and chin stands. I believe it causes put some extra pressure for the feet to go lower, and so the back to bend more.
