Glute stretch for bad knees

    Hi,

    Does anyone have any recommendations for how to stretch my glutes that doesn’t involve tons of knee twisting? I only know of the pigeon pose and the figure 4 stretch.

    For reference, I am post knee surgery. I’m working with my PT on this but I’m wondering if anyone had any other glute stretches they recommend? I feel like I’m not getting the stretch I need because of how my knee has to be tweaked in both poses.
