I sit for 12-14 hours a day due to a desk job. I try to move around during the day and go for walks but I'm definitely losing mobility and flexibility. Is there a routine or anything I can do to undo all the damage I'm slowly reaping on myself?

First of all, it's not the sitting what makes you lose mobility. It's the lack of movement. If you were standing all day without moving you'd get the same lack of mobility, if not worse.

Given that, the solution is obvious: move! Exercise, stretch, run, jump, squat, limber, any kind of movement that puts to use your joints and muscles will help to correct the damage provoked by sedentarism.

I have a desk job 8 hours a day but keep in good shape with cardio, bicycle to work when possible, and yoga is great.
If you're into weight training, deadlifts and the like can be great for providing stability to an otherwise sedentary body
