How to stretch to touch elbows together in front of me

    Hey, I am medium flexible already, but found this mobility issue that I have and want to rectify. I can't touch my elbows together in front of me, let alone open my hands. It feels like a shoulder mobility issue, but I really have no idea, and cant come up with any good way to stretch this. Any ideas? My gf did ballet and had her ballet teacher hold her elbows and pull her hands apart to develop this mobility, but I dont have that 'luxury'...

    External rotation of the shoulder maybe ? Does it show up in any other position ?
