Hi all, I'm looking for a 5-10 minute stretch for before I start lifting. My first thought was the Molding Mobility linked from Starting Stretching, but from what I've read, the 3 plane neck movement can do more harm than good, which makes me a bit leery of the rest of the exercises. I'm also not sure if it would be as helpful for lifting (I'm doing SL 5x5 if it matters) as others might. I say equipment free, but I'd be willing to concede a couple of things maybe. My main thinking is the fewer things to remember, the fewer things to forget. If it can fit in a backpack or survive being in a car in Texas, I'm probably fine with that (don't want to bother with carrying around a foam roller).
