    I put my arm at a 45-degree angle against the wall then tried to rotate my body away to stretch my chest and shoulder.

    My arm up to my thumb started tingling and I ignored it a bit but when I released my arm felt very weak/numb and its still bothering me.

    Is this something to be concerned about?

    I have lower back pain due to insanely tight legs and lower back. To the point where I can get into many stretching positions to do the stretch correctly.

    If I try to touch my toes I can pretty much only get to my knees with my hands. Any suggestions?
