I put my arm at a 45-degree angle against the wall then tried to rotate my body away to stretch my chest and shoulder.

My arm up to my thumb started tingling and I ignored it a bit but when I released my arm felt very weak/numb and its still bothering me.

Is this something to be concerned about?

I have lower back pain due to insanely tight legs and lower back. To the point where I can get into many stretching positions to do the stretch correctly.

If I try to touch my toes I can pretty much only get to my knees with my hands. Any suggestions?

I’m confused, what type of stretching is it where you keep the opposing muscles flexed? I’ve been doing this and thought it was just a safer passive stretch until now, does it build strength in that position?

What’s a good guide for detailing the anatomy of flexibility? Google leads me to dozens of sites where (eg) the hamstrings and hip flexors are all lumped in together, I’m looking to be able to get into the heavy detail.

Got into doing Muay Thai and I want to know some stretches for my legs to help with kicking higher. I know it will take time to get to that level but any tips would be great!

Hi! I'm looking for a follow -along beginner video routine that covers most areas in a moderate time. I've seen the post "start here" but even that seems like an impossible amount of resources to filter through as a beginner.
So if anyone can recommend a good video for me, I would be thankful!!

While stretching hamstrings, do I want my toes pointed out or flexed to engage the whole leg? Thanks!
