No matter what I do I can't rotate my hips, I'm always on my pelvis. Please help!

    Hey guys,

    I need help with improving my straddle. For starters, I can't even sit in a straddle properly! No matter what I do, I just can't seem rotate my hips so that I'm not sitting on my pelvis with a curved back. It's weird because I can do other hip flexibility things pretty well (almost have my side splits), but the straddle problem continues and prevent me from better stretching out my hamstrings and doing the front splits. Any tips on how I can get off my pelvis? (Video recommendations?)
