Hi all, When I sit cross legged I have loads of pressure on the outside of both my knees. I can sometimes hear clicking noises which don't come from the kneecap but feel like cartilage popping followed by some pain which goes away once I stand up. This also happens when I attempt the seated piriformis stretch or when I lie on the floor and cross my ankle over my knee. I've been strengthening my core and stretching daily with notable positive effects with the rest of my body but my knees just keep giving me problems. I would like to see a PT at some point next year but am unable to at this moment in time. Please help!
