Hi guys, For some reason I seem to have serious trouble achieving the pancake/straddle splits. The thing is that after a year of stretching I finally achieved my middle splits and am a lot more flexible then I ever used to be. But for some reason there is still not a single inch progression than day one on the pancake splits. My upper body stays at a 90° angle and everything blocks, I just can't move forward. Any help or tips? Thanks in advance!
