Shoulder Stretch for a certain Area

    Hey, I'm looking for stretches that will stretch the shoulders around the clavicle and shoulder area. I have popping but the doctor said I'm fine and I just need to stretch out so here I am.

    Try pec stretches at different angles? Like instead of your arm perpendicular to your torso, bring it down by 30 or 45 degrees. Also try twisting your arm so instead of your palm facing forward, it'll be facing toward your body, like if your arm was at your side and you just bring it up.
