I'm about to get a standing desk at work and I'd like to know if there were any stretches I could do at my desk while working. The only thing that came to mind was if I got a bar behind me and put my foot on it to stretch my quad/hip. But I have to first see if I have enough room for a bar and how much money a balle bar is.

Anyways, anyone have any other suggestions?

You can get a lacrosse ball/half a pool noodle/yoga block or something like that to work on your ankle dorsiflexion/calf stretches. stretching plantar flexion is easy, too, especially if you're standing on a yoga block with the other foot.

Doing a tree pose, while working on opening your hip of the non-standing leg could also be straightforward
