Stretching while sleeping?

    I've heard some people are albe to sleep in butterfly pose while sleeping, are there any more stretches to do while sleeping? I would love to stretch my hamstrings while sleeping

    Isn’t 30-60 seconds enough for a “stretch”?

    I tried sleeping in frog for a month. I put a pillow under each knee so I wouldn't feel like I needed to find gut the stretch all the time, but I'd slowly sink into the soft pillow. I don't think it improved anything, but as a side sleeper it was kinda easier to sleep on my back

    I tried using a splint to keep my feet flexed and therefore stretch my calves while I slept. Kept waking up during the night with the balls of my feet very painful from the pressure on them.
