    I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, I had my usual soreness the next day that went away, but I'm left with this weird feeling in my thigh. It's not like a pain, but a deep pulling of a tense muscle. Almost feels like a tight ball in my leg. The area is circled in the photo link. It comes on whenever I stretch my hamstring, especially when I go into a split.

    I dont have any clue whats is wrong, but i would try myofascial self-release with a tennis ball or something like that.
