Always a struggle for me, trying to make my morning easier
For me it was hip flexors. I couldn't bring my leg all the way up.
I also practiced putting socks on while standing like a flamingo. I didn't want to sit in the locker room at the gym
Depends on what is limiting you. You could always just spend time in the position that feels tight and let whatever is tight get stretched?
Probably the socks - they must be pretty tight if you can't get them on. Have you thought about getting a bigger size?
