What is your stretching routine and how flexible are you?

    I want to see how long everyone has been at this flexibility game for and what kind of progress this community has made.

    1) Describe your flexibility before you started stretching and the present day

    2) How long do you stretch per day?

    3) how long have you been at it?

    First started stretching around 2 years ago. Super casual for about half a year then started stretching like a madman for about 1 1/2 years.

    Started not being able to touch my toes. In a middle split my legs were barely at a 45 degree angle to the ground. Couldn't push up into bridge.

    Stretched multiple hours every day trying constantly to improve my range. I stretched everything to do with legs. Later I went to contortion classes that really helped my shit back flexibility.

    Now I can go pretty deep into over middle splits, over front splits have gotten pretty crazy, hitting kinda close to a right angle on those. Back is my weak spot, in a chest stand at my deepest my butt is maybe 2 inches from my head. I don't stretch too much anymore, occasionally I will do a 1 or 2 hour session but every day I just do middle splits and pike once or twice.

    Trying to sit on the ground with legs in front i would have to lean back. So instead of sitting at a 90 degree angle i was at a 120. Could only touch my toes. Squat partial.

    Now i can sit 90 degree no problem. I can touch knuckles to ground working on getting my wrists to touch. I can squat parallel with no problem. Working on getting my hips past my knees.

    About 10min once or twice a day
