My hamstrings get tight all the time and cause lower back pain but I got metal rods all the way from top to bottom of my back so can't do the bridge or nothing like that. What do?

Consult a physiotherapist, and he shows you exercises that are beneficial for your condition.

Ask your doctor and physiotherapist. We do not allow medical advice.

What up party people!!!! I also had spinal fusion. If these people say no medical advice, I won't give any. I don't have any impaired movement in my legs, so normal stretches for them. My back doesn't allow much movement, so I can't do anything there.

How are you doing? Do you have any associated pain with the fusion?
